600 gallon Display/ 900 gallon system

This tank is by far the most beautiful I have ever seen and a true dream of mine! Not only a beautiful display tank with gorgeous fish (orange shoulder and naso are stunning) but also a very well executed fish room with everything accounted for. I will definately be using this as a benchmark for my dream set up if finances allow. Truelly an amazing build and something to be very proud of. The softies look very natural and fantastic under your lighting!

wow thanks for the compliments!! I wish you all the best..

James that naso is such a brute. (in the gentle giant kinda way). How's that tusk going for ya? Would love an in depth about that guy

Thanks, the tusk is pretty laid back, eats everything I throw in the tank, and has been peaceful to his tankmates. So a model citizen IMO. Now when he gets bigger, only time will tell how he acts towards the smaller fish...crabs and snails are MIA for sure.

For me, his colors are stunning and he adds so much to the tank that I believe its worth any hassle he may bring later on. I have a Bursa trigger in the tank as well, so Im no stranger to gambling a bit when it comes to livestock.

hi nice tank. i was wonderin r u only running t5 on tank or r u running t5 with MH. cuz with my tank i was planning to only do fish with like softies and i was askin about lights. lots of ppl advised me of gettin MH so instead of going with 2 36" tek lighting i went with a marineland 72 pro series tat has 3 150 watts mh and 8 39 watts t5. im just wonderin if im goin with wrong lights
thanks

Holy COw!

That naso must be huge! He looks like he's in a 180 on scale!!!

He is approx. 14" or so with streamers...hes not small for sure.

the most beautiful tank i ever see!!! im loving it and all your equiment seen to be top notch .!!

thanks

Yep only T5's for me..If youve already bought them and they look good, then I would say stick with what ya got.. Reason I went all T5's was strictly monetary reasons (efficiency) and plus I kinda like the look of T5's...You can change the look real easy just by switching the lamps around..

Awesome setup! Where did you purchase the pair of dwarf eels from?

Thanks! The GDM's came from a local reefer who got them from a diver in Hawaii. I got a smoking deal on them  I had one in the past, and fell in love with them...

Well I decided to trade in my Naso with a smaller Blonde Naso...He was just too overwhelming visually, and took away from the beauty of alot of my other Tangs..

So here is the new guy!!
