8 gal Nano Powerhead?

Recently moved and had to let my 55gal bow front go since we moved to a smaller apartment. I recently purchased a 8 gal nano and plan to have a small reef tank. I've researched Powerheads and I can't find anything that won't completely blast the tank away. Nothing less than a 240gph or simple pumps with a water distro. Does anyone have any experience with Nano's and appropriate Powerheads?

If you haven't already you might want to look into those smaller Rio pumps. (50, 90, 180 etc) Depending on the GPH, a couple of these up top facing each other might work out pretty well.

Not sure if they're still around, but the Koralia Nano was a great powerhead for 5-10g tanks. You might even get 2 into it without problems. Another option is a small HOB filter, plus a K-Nano. You should get a pretty good random flow out of either setup.

Like Cody said I just use the out flow of the HOB for my 6 gallons but I only have LPS
