A few images from my SPS Reef

The return pump sit under the stand. There are two drains that go into the middle section of the sump where the skimmer is, one of the drains tee's off to the section on the right hand side, which is a furture area for frags.

Tee'ed off the return is a manifold which runs my CA reactor, Carbon Reactor and GFO reactor. Below are some images from when it was first setup.

Looks great! Colors are excellent and looks like you've been getting some really good growth; well done!

Here are a few new additions.

That (Icefire Echinata I pressume) is simply beautiful! Lovely colours on that! Thanks for the eye candy!

PS Please post more top down shots - corals look best when viewed from above and thats just an awesome shot. Thank you.

tank looks excellent!! im running a similar setup, and have the same ca ractor, was just wondering how yours was setup.... bpm and effleuent drip rate...... thanks

Thannms everyone!

thanks Manny! How's your tank doing?

LOL U had to ask .

Just had a medium crash not a mini, not a major.
One of my PM ballast blew/my reactor ran w/o co2 for a couple of days and the rest is history.
Took me a while to get the ballast and to deal with the reactor so I have a tank full of brown corals.

No biggie all appears to be back on track and should be respectable again in a couple of months.

Patience is a virtue! For now I'm just enjoying my fish LOL:beer:

Nice! I know this is an SPS forum, but those pieces are awesome. I've got a neon orange one I've been growing for about a year and half. I really want to get the first one at some point. Are yours as picky as mine? They seem to just random die off in spots then heal back over. Can't seem to figure out why.

I'm not an expert, but it not the Icefire, have that and it not an Echinata. I think it's an Acropora elegans. It came in on one of thoses Maricultured Bali deep water Acropora colonies shipments.

Thanks! I run about 25 bpm on the reactor sight glass. The effluent is a steady drip.

That sucks Manny! I can't say that I haven't had my ups and downs too. Being in the hobby this long I know not to get to high on the good time or too long on the bad times. I'm sure a reefer of your experience will bounce back in no time. Best of luck

Great corals!!! Quite envious... Amazing colors...

THanks!

Thanks, I haven't had them long enough to tell. But having keep this specie before I know they do best in lower light. Hope that helps.
