That red goni is making me want to hunt one down now!!
I believed I got lucky and was able to find a hardy specimen. Fully open its about 11 inches.

Are you still using Cal & Kalk reactors if so which media or medias are you running in your Cal reactor . I utilize both also, I have been using A.R.M coarse with NeoMag.
No problems so far just curious.

Thank you, Mo! I've read your thread and you have an AMAZING tank! Definitely 1 of my favorites.
I don't have a camera on hand at the moment. My cell doesn't produce good quality pictures. I will try to borrow a camera and will post pictures soon.
Right now, the tank is lit with 2 - 400watts Radium with 2 LED strips. One strip is all blue and the 2nd is 50/50.
Due to my laziness a few months back, my Phosphate got out of control. Since I have been using Rowa Phos and things have turn around.
I used to run carbon 24/7, but since using Rowa Phos I no longer running carbon.

Yes, I am running both Cal and Kalk reactors. I am using the same media, ARM. For Kalk, I am using ESV powder. I have not had any issues with both equipments and medias.

Where are you located?
I only test the following parameters: Salinity, Phosphate and Alkalinity. Salinity is 1.025. Phosphate is 0.00, but I've read it is best at 0.03. Alkalinity is 9.

im also curious about how you stack the rocks.
do you have underlying structure aids or are you simply stacking the rocks?
try setting the camera to fluorescent lighting, you may get better colour rendition..
keep the pics coming, they are awesome!
oh, and what is that bright orange coral, lower left in new scape? monti?
