A few pictures of my zeovit reactor...

This is a huge one, it can hold at least 4 to 5 liters of medias. Outside tube is 5" diameter and inner sleeve is 4.5". It's almost done, just a few more plumbing pieces then it's ready to roll. Please in put or criticize if needed since it's the first one I've built.

Thanks for any inputs,
Loc

Your work is awesome, maybe when I switch over to SPS I will give u a hollar....

Loc looking good. I like the way it turned out. so the last thing is the return and that is it huh. Are you going to paint the botton black just like my Ca Reactor? It look good in black

I know. You wouldn't want to spend 7, 8 hundred dollars for the pump would you?

Thanks for the compliments,

Loc

This one is all clear, there will be no build up under there, so no need to cover it up.

Nah i name it Lucky since i am so lucky to have loc custom built it for me and the Ca Reactor. Thanks Loc. You are a good man.

loc, do you think it will be a problem with the rubber wiper sticking on some of the smaller rocks. I remember mine (didn't have the rubber wiper) would get stuck every so often. I have seen some of the newer ones have what looks like a basket that holds the rock.

You are welcomed, so far I spent about $6 for the 2 barbs. That's about it, the 5" tube is free from Mchava and the 4.5" is also free from RyanN. Oh! another buck for the t on the top and the glue.

I would like it better if we can put couple screw and a seal on top. But you are the pro, i am a rookie :). It still look very professional Loc

Konadog,
I have about a 1/4" gap of the outer and the inner sleeve, and the O-ring fits pretty snugged, and most of zeovit rocks are pretty big, I doubt that any rock will get jammed in there since all the zeovit rocks are enclosed. Thanks for point that out.

Most are big, but there are a lot of small pieces that are chips of the larger stones that would stick in mine. REEFER714 pointed out that this is a screw type, and not the pump type. Maybe you won't have that problem with this one. Nice work.
