Art, quick mention here. I have only been doing it this way for about 2 months. I know that isn't long, but mag has been very steady this way.

I tried zeo mag on previous reactors and found that it would work for a couple of months and then mag would slowly fall off. I find it easier to just dump a cup a week into my system.
 
Picked up some new frags yesterday. I'll keep them in this spot for a couple of weeks before moving to their permanent spot in the tank.

I love it when they force you to buy more frags. I took my wife with me to Two Guys Corals last weekend. She promptly walked up to the high end frag tank, pointed to the nicest frag and said "that one's the prettiest, why don't you get it". Turns out it was their latest, unreleased coral. Normally I would never spend that much, but hey, it was for her! It wasn't until the ride home that she asked how much. It is now my one and only Christmas present!

I just got a box of Fritz salt. Havent used it yet though as I still had some IO. I do 5g per day thru DOS but still do 50g every 2 weeks. Im looking forward to seeing how the Fritz works out.

I actually like it alot. Its very accurate and super easy to set up and keep track of. It is loud though , I think it would be too loud if it was under the tank instead of in the fish room. I did have it doing 5g over a 24 hour period but it being on and off throughout the day got on my wives nerves. :hmm4: Now I have it running from midnight to noon so by the time we get home from work it's done and doesn't start until after bedtime .
