maxijet 1200's are good for pumping out window wells also... love when my basement fllods right after i repaint the whole thing that day...

turns out water is coming in through my window...

dug out the window well- replaced it witha 2 ft one - regraded the wholoe thing- sealed it to the house with super adhesive and silicone, filled it with gravel and put a window well cover on it...

better fix my problems...

window leaking problems at least
