A. percula genetics

So I have been reading a lot of different threads about people's experience with breeding clowns, particularly true percs, and have seen quite a few people breeding extreme Picassos and platinum or mixing and matching with resulting babies being Picasso, platinum and normal percs.
So my questions is, I have two ORA true perculas that I recently purchased and they seem to have slightly exaggerated bars (not much) and each has an sideburn extension on one side.
Is it possible these where offspring from a Picasso or platinum line?
Is it logical to think this pair could have a mix of normal and Picasso?

Platinum are extreme Picasso. If one breed two Picasso, some of the offspring will be platinum, some Picasso of various degree and some regular with various degree of mis-bar. If you only have slight exaggerated bars, the chance of you getting platinum from them is very rare. I think there are multiple genes that regulate the amount of white, not as simple as one gene. Enviromental factors also come into play also.

One thing I can observe is that all the facial deformity of Platinum clowns are essentially the same. I am thinking that some of the gene that regulate white also regulate the facial structure.

gotcha, never really expected to get a platinum from the pair but thought I might get a few Picasso mixes in the group. I never thought about the misbars either.

Thanks for the info.
