Looking better and better Howard. You know, if you keep this tank going for a while longer and it is allowed to mature fully I can see possibly the first LED TOTM. :bounce3: Your tank is one of the best cadidates for an LED TOTM.

Thanks Sahin for your compliment, it'll be years before it'll be matured, but I'll try to work very hard towards that :)

why do you swapped the 4 red bulbs and what is your new configuration

When I recorded the HD macro video I found that the red color shimmering was very obvious and somewhat distracting, so before I recorded the next video I wanted to try something new, so I swap the red out and replace them by blue's, seems to be just fine.

The good thing with swappable bulb design is that, I can swap it back anytime I want without a fuss :)

Time for an update!

Just came back from Phuket Thailand, I left the tank unattended for 5 days, just running ATO, dosing pumps and auto-feeder, came home and was relieved that there were no casualties, everything is pretty much the same as I left it 5 days ago :)

Just took a FTS because I was too tired to do anything else ;p

Well done Howard. Its always a pleasure to see your tank and coral photos. Not only because your system and corals are so beautiful, but also because the quality of the photography is excellent! Well done my friend. This tank is well on its way to TOTM. :)

I'm flattered Sahin

system and display is looking good bro! very nice... proof that bigger is not always better... ;)

Thanks bro, yeah I had the option of making a slightly larger tank when I first designed it but as you know the cost:size is a non-linear relationship, and my pockets are rather... shallow :lmao:

I have only read the 1 st page, but time is not on my side, will read more later. I hope you have info on how you get your SPS color sooooooo nice.

Wow, really beautiful & inspirational tank!

It makes me wish I went with maxspects with my 40g build instead of ATI, but I wanted the G3 and got tired of waiting. I'm missing the shimmering effect.

I love this tank! Great aquascape makes me just want to stare at it, this and bon's are my favorite reefs at the moment. Cant wait to see more pics of it
