Absolutely beautiful Andrew.

Leonardo
Thank you Leonardo... please update your tank when you have time. I'm rather interested in seeing it.

Hi Andrew,

Beautiful with a capital "B"
Thank you so much for booster dose of reefing inspiration..
The tank/sump looks like you had just installed it yesterday...absolutely clean from any detritus and crystal clear water.
A standing ovation for you and your wife for this feat.
Could you tell me what is your daily dosing for the 2 part?
Are u adding just 2 part or additional Mg?
Thanks again :)
LOL, no problem Noob. Since installing the x2 Tunze's 6045 in the sump it remains clean a lot longer.

Below are the amounts and time for Ca and ALK. I don't dose Mg at all.

Alkalinity 115ml Daily

Calcium 85ml Daily

Hope that helps

I'm speechless!
Amazing is the first word that came into my mind!

Thanks for the backstage info andrew!
Thank you

Sorry leonardo, not combo but hours per day. Thanks for trying tho :-) Is there a better word then schedule maybe?

Great tank. I was never able to do any ULN type systems as I would get no growth. You obviously have it down pat....

I would love to see some FTS growth rate progression shots....

Cool video Andrew!

Thanks Crazy

might try zeovit on my tank. is it complicated and expensive? any suggestions?
Best thing to do is research about it. It is pricey to get started but ince up and going I find it reasonable.

Wow:eek2:

Amazing!
Thank you

thank you for sharing, stunning as always!

Can i ask you your lighting schedule on the ATI PM?
Thank you... Yes I will find out for you.

Amazing!!!
Thank you

Hello Andrew, from what I have seen all these years is that when you have little coralline algae you don't need to dose Mag.
This could be well true my friend. I get very little of it.

You're welcome Andrew! I will post a big update soon :)
Great!!! looking forward to it

Great tank. I was never able to do any ULN type systems as I would get no growth. You obviously have it down pat....

Ok, I will see what I can do.

What light are you changing to? Back to your LED fixture but with hanging kits?
I am changing to Hybrid... T5 and LED combo

very nice looking reef! I am sure that takes a lot of work and dedication!
Thank you very much. Not too much work... Just dedication and patience.

***The New Lights Have Landed***

Today was rather exciting for me as I was awaiting the arrival of the new lights. The overall packaging was excellent and very impressive.

Crazy!! It's own wooden crate :spin2:

An extra box at the top...

Extremely well packed... no damage at all :bounce3::bounce2::bounce1:

***Inside the Boxes***

LED Power Supply

This end of the LED Power Supply is where the Hybrid Pendant connects as well as the DIN connection for the computer

This end is the power cable socket

What a beautiful sight

Dimmable 8x80W T5 + 4 x 75W LED

With the perspex protector still on

Power Supply Cable, Suspension Wire & Ceiling Fixtures and USB dongle with DIN connector

This is one major improvement that I am excited about. Overtime, the perspex sags due to heat and of course gravity and this can be seen in the picture below of my current ATI Powermodule. ATI are obviously aware of this and have now place metal clip at both ends of the ATI Hybrid that will hold the perspex up. No more sags!!

New bulbs... and it's about time considering I hadn't changed my current ones for a ridiculous amount of time. These bulbs plus the x8 that came with the unit should last me a while and give me many combinations.

nice congrats :) cant wait to see it on.

will the current lifting system support this with extra weight too ?
