Laying in bed in agony. Pulled lower back muscles again... Yay. Wife had to put my socks on this morn 
Wouldn't wish this on my worst enemies.
It's all good though. It seems to happen at least once a year. I have built up a tolerance to it. Still get rocked to the floor by spasms though.
Tank is doing fine. Rolling through some algae stages. Corals paled a touch. Long nose butterfly got sucked into the mp40 and one anthia wouldn't eat and perished.
Just counting the days now. Been pretty busy, keeping me from the forum.

So sorry to hear about this, I got laid up with siatica for the first time a couple of months back. Socks, shoes, you name it, my girlfriend had to do the same, I couldn't even get out of bed. I still have not healed 100% and am just doing what I can to mend. Best wishes in a speedy recovery, even the most menial of tasks are brutal. Get well man!

Hey sahin! Tank is still running! Thanks for checking up on me been too busy to play on the forums this summer. I'm starting to get the tank itch back slowly. Once the temps start to drop and I go into hibernation you can expect to see more from me.
