What reflectors?
I am acclimating a aussie wild echinata as we speak and its almost passed all tests to make it into the DT.Hope it turns out like yours,now it is tan with a bit of blue at the very tips

wow, beautiful color and growth.. Must have a super stable system to obtain such color and growth.
I replaced the PFO mini pendants with Lumen Max Elites. The PFO's were great, but since upgrading from an 18" to a 24" deep (front to back) tank, I needed more spread.
Give it time...mine has taken months to fully color up. Mine too was tan with just an hint of blue. The blue promptly disappeared when it first hit my water
Interestingly, my true icefire is green and blue, not white and blue.One would think...

Yes, in hind sight, I would have tried this method...but for many months, not just a week. And I would just toss really badly infected ones.

Yes, it is! Unfortunately I don't think my flow is laminar enough to keep it growing in a single plane, so it looks a bit bushy. It's been very easy to keep, IME. Lots of light and flow...I never feed it. Here's a thread about it in the DFS forum...

Thanks Mark, I did before and after shots when I replaced the reflectors. I couldn't tell the difference, but the corals sure can
note: the ugly big white blob under the red chalice is my Aquamend attempt at killing an unwanted favia PFO

Cool, thanks for the link too! I had been wanting one of these for a long time and just snagged one from the Den. Perfect timing on viewing your thread.
I've got a spot that should be close to ideal to keep it in a single plane; it's right between 2 parallel Tunze 6100's that pulse all day long, nice laminar flow. The way yours has grown out is pretty cray looking!... but I don't have much to compare to besides shots of sea fans in the wild.

The side branch does not look to be dormant and it is probably a active growth tip.Cutting the top branch would kick start several new growth tips but I think it just needs more time.It really does not look like the typical stunted acro that will never grow upwards just one that is adjusting IMO
