Advice on birdsnest coral post dino infestation

Just got over a dino outbreak and my birdsnest coral took a beating from the dino.

What should I do with the white ,assumed dead portion?

Cut off the white?
Frag the remaining pink portion?
Leave it alone?

if it where me I would trim it up some. not saying remove it all but trim it back. I believe its possible to regrow over the dead in time but it would take a long time. might look better and fill in faster if u trim it. Just my opinion
