Try unplugging them. Starting them back up and then holding down the button on the back until its flashing red. Then it's ready to be discovered.

no it does not. It comes with no presets.

Same here - still waiting. They charged my card 41 days ago.

I paid the day (3 hours later) I received and I'm still waiting too.

I emails Justin last week and he said they are shipping them out in the order they received payment I believe.

I wonder how many they sold in beta, or did they slow down shipping, run out? Etc. oh well. Not a big deal as the list important thing is the bugs get worked out during the beta.

My director was detecting my Vegas with no problem on Jul 29. Now after a few patches I can no longer add them to my layout. Updates seem to be coming slower than last week.

good suggestion. Also there is a feedback section on the director interface itself that allows you submit on the spot.

I just got mine yesterday and have not tried to connect it yet. The top of mine was scuffed up like many have mentioned.
