We don't get much out west here, you should be the one sending me frags. lol

No, I run tek 6 bulb t5s with a mix of ATI bulbs on it.

On the maintank, I am running sol blues and I do 100% on all 3 for 6 hours a day and 3 hours of ramp up/down time for sunrise and sunset. SPS loves it LPS not so much...

We get some good stuff out here, no question but you have some nice looking frags.. What's the reddish one in the middle, last photo? I want that!! And the one off to the left of it in the second from bottom photo.. And...the echinata looking one behind it in the next photo up from that.. And... And...... Sorry... My name is Matt and I am an acroholic..
Anyways... That's a lot of ai sols.. What are the dimensions of your tank? I'm amazed that the corals tolerate maximum output from the whites..
Do you notice any difference in coloration between the mother colonies under the sols and the frags under the t5?
Got any close ups of the mother colonies?

Hi Matt, my name is rich, spelled r i c h and I am an acro addict. lol
Orange one is a ssc species that I got locally just got awesome orange hue to it. To the left is pearl berry. Ehinata is supposed to be ice fire but a bit too green for my liking.

Tank size is a marine land 300 DD 72x36x27 standard issued.
I do run aot of ai sols on the tank but it gives me full coverage of the entire tank without any spot light effect. For the most part they are awesome for Sps growth, color retention on the corals are good but the reflection sucks, too much blue...IMO Same coral will show totally different colors when I interchange them from display to frag tank. Bright colored purple and pink will be brownish under led and insane blue will look only mediocre under t5s. Anyways they both have pros and cons.
Established Sps can handle all the lights you wanna give them. Some of the higher pieces are under 900 par. Not the same story for Lps, I often bleach them and have to put them in the frag tank or timed out so they can recover and then back into the display. It's an vicious cycle.

Well, very nice blinks. Those are my dream tank dimensions..
You've done a good job with those ai sols.
You should post some pics in the sps forum, they'd get eaten up!
