I figured it couldn't hurt to throw my stocklist out there and get some 2nd opinions. I've been planning this tank for quite some time so I'm pretty sure what I want to do... but it never hurts to listen to others experiences. The tank is a custom 100 gal (36x30x22) with a center back overflow with a live rock island in the center (more swimming space). My must have fish is a trio or pair of Bellus angels (probably will start out all females... males don't do too hot, plus it would be cool to see if the dominant female changes sex). I also plan on a trio of Solar fairy wrasses, one male two females. I'd love to do 8-10 lined chromis (Chromis lineata) but I can't ever find them for sale anywhere, so I guess I'll probably go with that many Allens Damsels. IME the pomacentrus damsels (esp allens) seem to be okay aggression wise, although I'd love to hear from anyone else who has tried a group of them. To top it off I might do a Tomini tang, but I'd start with a tiny one to avoid aggression problems. I'd probably throw in a few small fish like some Yasha gobies, a geometric pygmy hawk, and a swalesi basslet depending on how the damsels behave. Anybody have any thoughts? TIA!
