Pair of Harlequin Shrimp- Hymennocera Picta

Shrimp mania!

Seriously, though, that is a lot o' shrimp.

I'll give a shot at the fish list.

Stick with just the pair of clowns.
Mystery Wrasse may prove problematic and hassle other fish. That's just what I've read.
Sailfin gets too big for that tank.
Same with the Dus I believe.
And the Achilles.
Lion would probably eat blennies and gobies.
Stick with a pair of Bangaiis. Though sometimes I'll see a trio on DD. Not sure how that works out long term.
2 fighting conchs and 6 sand sifting starfish is way too much pressure on the fauna in your sand bed. Maybe get away with one of one of those. Both can be difficult to sustain long term.

Finally, a refugium is only a refugium if it's free from predators on the fauna populations. What you're describing is more of a second display. But it sounds cool.

Don't mean to be negative. Just trying to help.

Good luck!

A couple of things...

One pair of clowns -- the 3rd clown will most likely be killed in time.

All the tangs you listed will get too big for your tank, the Dussumieri gets up to 21 inches.

The mystery wrasse has been known to eat shrimp.

I would suggest have no sand sifting stars, let alone six -- will starve to death.

Going to assume that you are talking about S. Haddoni for your "carpet" anemone. First, I have yet to see a yellow one -- most are bleached. They are known fish eaters, so keep that in mind. In addition, I have never had good luck mixing S. Haddonis with other anemones.

well, the kind of flow achilles demand,is very much problematic for a lagoon type tank i think....dus in a 120 is simply a horrendous idea, don't take offence...if you want sand cleaner,go for simple reef goby...just 1 in my 70g turns around every nook and corner of my sand bed;so 2 will be good for you...don't go for tangs other than yellow or regal... rather you can try out flame or golden angel, until you get your hands on a super rare interruptus...:fun2: ..
to me,what looks best in a lagoon type tank,is varaity of anthaises...but you have to find out a way to stop their suicidal jump...:hammer:.. buches of green and vanderbuilt chromises also look nice....happy hunting..:fish1:

On your list there are some compatibility issues:

More than a pair of clowns will result in problems
More than a pair of Bangaii will result in winnowing down to a pair
Achilles tang will not work in this tank
Any type of lionfish will eat some of your other fish
A sailfin tang is problematical in that sized tank
Actually all your tangs won't work
That number of sand sifting starfish will starve to death
Flasher wrasses require a covered tank (not egg crate)
Harlequin shrimp ONLY eat starfish legs
Hawkfish will almost certainly eat your shrimp
Mystery wrasse will eat shrimp
C. interruptus would be an unlikely find

I said it was my dream stocking list, but you all are right they wont be able to swim around like they need to(tangs) and they get to big.
So Ive gotta look into the fish alittle more.
The Rare angelfish is available online for $1600 bucks, lol if it was gonna live for ever and had a return policy Id invest in the beauty.
Ive got my mind set on keeping angels in a coral tank, nust want to get them on food before i introduce corals.
Is that a good idea, fish then coral or would it matter?

Well angels are angels. They all nip (or worse) except perhaps Genicanthus. Introduction order will make no difference.

Just out of curiosity, you posted the same fish list once before and got similar comments. Did you not believe those posters?

My mystery wrasse has lived with a cleaner shrimp and blood shrimp for 6 months without eating them. He ate my peppermint shrimp, but with a name like "peppermint" shrimp....I'd eat him too. Lol
