Any ideas on this beautiful plating frag?

This one is very hardy and does much better at the bottom. It's a real slow grower... Gone from an inch frag to about 2.5 inches in circumference in about three years. It has a greenish background with purple bumps on it. Any help with ID will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Still kinda leaning towards scroll, but something in the back of my mind is saying it’s something else.
