Any one used the Sony DSC H/7

Hi i just got my new camera just wondering if any of you have fooled with this

I know it isnt the Best out there but What settings should i Start to tweek to optimise this Around the tank .
in other words,
What shutter speed . contrast and so on thanks in advance,

I have found this site that reviews the camera and compairs it to others can someone look over this and explain to me in lamens terms what is is basicly saying?

I dont know SQUAT about alot of the features or settings .
