Anyone else having trouble with a Galaxy ballast?

I have a one year old ballast I bought from salty critter, it seems to burn through bulbs. My first bulb lasted about 3 months and the new one only made it 1. I made sure not to touch it with my fingers while installing it. Anybody else have this problem.

No issues here. I've had them 2 1/2 years and am on my third pair of Radiums with 2 select-a-watts. What bulbs were you using?

Took it back to salty critter they tested it found it to be bad and warrantied it, gave me a new one. Back up and running.
