Use an old unused pool table as a stand for a big tank. Just curious happened to look at mine and wondered if a good idea or not? Big ole table with inner chambers and such must weigh a 500 lbs and be able to hold a lot of weight.
I think it should be strong enough but depending on your system do you really want the extra weight and do you want to cut it up to run your plumbing for a sump?
a system that would look good on a pool table size stand will have a ton of weight on its own.
