I think it is closer to 7. Phily is about 3-3 1/2.

I plan on going, probably fly though.

Pittsburgh is way western Penn, close to Ohio. I think Joe is right, it's going more like 7 hour drive.

driving to Pittsburgh from Long Island is close to 8 to nine hours and construction on the highways could make it longer I am originally from Long Island and I live in the Harrisburg area for 19 yrs My wife is from Pittsburgh so we go a few times a year and from where we live its 4 to 4 1/2 hrs and we drive 65 when we can so plan accordingly.

I didn't realize it was that far. I thought I could hit just about any part of PA in less than 6 hrs from here.
We'll have to travel under the cloak of darkness so we can do 80-85 the whole way, Bill.
