Anyone have good experience with getting fish online?

Finished the stack work on the 220#'s of live rock yesterday and am ready to start getting some fishies. I'll post a separate build thread later. Going to stop off and get a couple of "common" fish at Caribbean Forest and possibly the Reef Shoppe but for fish that aren't commonly seen in the LFS's, anyone local have luck with any online fish sellers?

I've ordered from Liveaquaria about 5 times and each time was perfect. Fish was fat, eating, and disease free. I've also ordered from Bluezoo aquatics. They were excellent as well.

Stay away from aquacon though, dam con-artists.

I got about 70% of my live rock from LiveAquaria and am happy with it. So that's good to hear. I love the folks at CF, but figure their just getting them shipped to them, the fish has to acclimate, then is transported to my house to get acclimated again to a new tank.
Gotta figure out how to post pictures on here now. Been a 2 years since I have done anything with the tank and the site has changed a little bit.
Build thread to come. Thoughts, opinions welcome.

I just got some seahorses from the seahorse source I' really happy with (i'm sure you arn't looking for SH but just mentioning to say ordering online can be good)

I have tried to get my fish online but they just don't want to use the computer no matter what I do and I don't think their fins are long enough to type.

Another option is having your lfs place an order. Most will work with you. I got decent deals when i assumed more risk. Sometimes its mutually beneficial.

I found that you take risk even with LFS. Many of the reputable places like Live aquaria are really cool about DOA and have 14ish day guarentees. My LFS wouldnt replace a few inverts once that died durring acclimation. I have not personally used Live aquaria many reef guys in my area have and never had any issues. I find it hard because of the shipping fee. I go with Bluezooaquatics.com 140$+ gets free ship then at 200$ and so forth they add little freebies. My last batch i had some sexy shrimp die durring acclimation talked to Mike and had my credit back to my paypal within a few days. If your on a budget go with blue zoo (also they add in a drip line, amonnia detox, and a sample of their food which my fish love) They box they ship in can be used as the acclimation container.

I know the salty dog would be more than happy to order specific fish for you. Not to mention they usually have a nice assortment of livestock as is.

I've been happy with repeated orders from Liveaquaria. Also, their Diver's Den WYSIWYG store is pretty amazing (and a totally separate facility/business from the "normal" LA).

I almost exclusively get my livestock from local shops (mostly ARC) but did once order a fish from liveaquaria. It wasn't cheap by any means, but the fish was delivered on-schedule and arrived very healthy in what seemed to be very thorough shipping procedures. More of a convenience and availability purchase, but I was overall happy with it :)
