Thanks
Would this be a overkill for a 3x2x2 tank?
I tried this with my Tunze power brick model 9932H since it has 12,15,18,20,22,24 sliders and it works fine . I don't think it's gonna harm anything .No it didn't blow up ..LOL
I get smaller waves W1 setting on 12 volts. All modes work fine. Just on a smaller scale . Not going to keep it this way .This was just a test .
Nice. $15 universal 24v 2.5A power brick mod confirmed already. $115 for a 3200gph pump with speed control and wave modes.
I got those Coralife kind of controllable pumps (2 + controller), a few pre-set modes for 300 shipped, wish i knew about those one.
tst400, nice phone buy the way!
I looked around for one . My tunze voltage is 1.5 amps 24volts .
Call me a dummy but why do the amps go up on the lower voltage settings ?
Is this a concern ?
EG:Of a universal power supply output DC15V 6A//DC16V 5.6A//DC18V or 18.5V 5A//DC19V or 19.5V 4.7A//DC20V 4.5A//DC22V 4.1A//DC24V 3.8A
I guess it's a safe bet to stay under 70 watts ..
Yea love the phone.. Looks like u ha e good taste in cars too

Glad to see it can be toned down. Order for my 60g cube coming soon!
which variable voltage power supply are you buying?
I bought this one. Output amps are a little higher, but that shouldn't matter. Has a usb input, and is cheaper too. Either adapter should work.

Hmmm, I hope the amazon power supply won't be too much for the pump. The pump's original power supply is 60w, the one bhazard linked is 90w, but the amazon one is 120w.
I'm a little worried now about using the 120w power supply on this pump. At 12v the original power supply is pushing 5A to the pump, but with the 120w power supply it doubles to 10A. Can anyone comment whether the pump can handle 10A?
