I have had my full apex for close to a year but i just finally had a use for the 0-10V. I did a DIY led kit from rapidled.com and it works fine. I have two of the Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable drivers for my set up. I hooked up 9V battery to test if they work and they light up fine with this hooked up
My problem is I cant get my apex to produce any voltage on the 0-10
I made a DIY cable from cat6 cable that I had here and i when i use my multimeter on each of the 0-10V channels no matter what i do i dont see any change in voltage. even with them turned on i dont show any readings for voltage. I dont know if my apex is defective or what.
Is there anything I can do to see if my apex is defective?
I thought if i had the respective channel manually set to on it would power up but nothing changes with the voltage when i switch it from off to on or to auto.
