APEX Graph error

Well,

not really an error - since there simply is none, this is what I see under the Graphs tab:

data:['T1294477200',65.4,'T1294477800','I600',65.3,65.2,65.0,64.9,64.9,64.7,64.6,64.5,64.4,64.3,64.2,64.5,64.6,64.6,64.4,64.3,64.5,65.0,65.5,65.7,66.1,66.2,66.3,66.4,66.4,66.9,67.3,67.6,68.0,68.2,68.6,68.8,68.9,69.2,69.2,69.0,69.2,69.3,69.3,69.2,69.3,69.4,69.3,69.1,69.4,69.5,69.5,69.3,69.3,69.5,69.6,69.6,69.4,69.2,69.2,69.6,69.7,69.7,69.5,69.4,69.3,69.2,69.2,69.1,69.1,69.5,69.6,69.5,69.4,69.2,69.4,69.7,69.7,69.6,69.5,69.5,69.7,69.8,69.6,69.4,69.2,69.1,68.9,68.7,68.5,68.3,68.2,68.0,67.9,68.1,68.3,68.1,67.9,68.0,68.2,68.1,68.0,68.2,'T1294585200','I49200',65.6,'T1294585800','I600',65.6,'T1294600800','I15000',65.6,'T1294601400','I600',65.6,65.6]}; seriesOptions[0] = { type: 'line',yAxis:0,oType:0,categories:[], units: 'Temp',name:'Temp',data:[]};

Did you just update your firmware? I had the same problem and once I cleared my browser history and cache on my pc it worked fine.

Try to reload just the web pages and see if that corrects it. It will be part of the firmware load process (step 2).

there are two parts to installing new software (firmware) in the Apex - the actual firmware itself and the web pages that are used to operate the base module via a browser (as compared to using the display module). These web pages also do your graphing.

I fear they are corrupted and re-installing them might fix it. There's complete instructions in the User Guide that you can download.

No problem. Let me know how it turns out. Remember that the web pages and the firmware are a matched set. You can re-install the web pages without re-installing the firmware but don't install web pages of one release with firmware of a different release. You can see your current firmware version on the bottom of the network web page and the top of any XML report.

Been there and done that...

I don't get the error above anymore - now I get a whole lot of radiobuttons/checkmarks and can select as many or as little as I want and get to see NOTHING...

There is also only an end date selectable - but no start date, which seems odd to me.

All firmwares updated and webpages updated too - so far I really wish I had never sold the RKE...

AquaNotes on my iPhone times out when trying to look at any graph...

This might be a coincidence or not, but every reboot of the system produces 2 ghost EB8s and 1 ghost display that never ever were connected to the unit.
I have to manually delete them after every reboot...

When graphing outlets, if there has not been a change of state within the time window you are viewing, it will display as blank. I suspect the phantom EB8s are part of the issue, as it creates duplicate/unused outlets.

The graph date is the end date and then you select how many days back you want to view. This was done in response to user feedback, previously you had to select the start date and days forward and was more cumbersome, particularly if you tried to show more data than existed.

There is a way to see more data. After the graph displays, add this to the URL and refresh the page:

?sdate=YYMMDD&days=x

So to see the previous 14 days from today, use ?sdate=110201&days=14

As for the iphone app issue, it loads all the data at once for the current month. So by the end of the month it can take a long time to load. Try again today.
