APEX Trident Calcium going crazy?

Anyone have this issue? brand new Trident. switched out to 2nd bottle of Calcium. now the reading just keeps going up. My Alk/Mag staying constant. They are on the 3rd/2nd bottle.

Make sure the ca line isn't clogged. My ca reading is high when there's not enough reagents for testing

Here are some questions to start.

Have you already tried recalibrating using their calibration solution?

Do you have a Ca test kit to compare the trident result to?

Where is the trident intake line? Maybe try switching it to another location?

Search for "œtrident reagent guides" on google. Also, see if the tubes are all connected.

I have the same problem too. Just ordered a set of the needle guide for trident reagent.
I'll update you how it goes.

Was just a linked line on mine when I shut the drawe

I did a full recalibration and it's back to normal now.

Is it mandatory to prime the new reagent every time? I just reset the reagent bottle. not sure if that caused the issue with the Calcium bottle. I'm usually fairly careful not to bend the tubing inside.
