Waiting on parts for my autofeeder project. I have everything in except 3 Tees I ordered from flexpvc, if anyone knows of a place that has 1/2 inch slip Tees with 1/4 threaded reducer (center part of Tee) in stock, in lower Westchester area, let me know. I have tried a few local shops, HD, and Lowes and no one has them in stock. Otherwise I have to wait until the 9th of June, oh well.

Also have a new light coming in for my tank. I barely use what I have now but I wanted somthing different to highlight my corals. So, a member of our community score something up for me. Not sure if he want to mention his name or not, if he does, he can comment here or PM me to OK it ;)

I will give you a hint, it is LED, green, purple, and red.

Aqua - Awesome tank. I'll be shooting you a PM to get some feedback. I have been working with Mike ( Uhuru ) to start my nano NPS tank.

My new camera my wife picked up to replace the one she broke...I honestly do not like so far. For normal pictures and for outdoor stuff it works great. The macro functions suck. I was tweaking the camera but it is not doing what I want. It might have all the bells and whistles but it does not work well for upclose work. So I need to work on using my SLR more and continue to learn more about the camera.

Well, it has been a week in and the new colony has not shown polyp extension yet. Polyps are accepting food (added mysis into the mix as well) just not expanding. The same thing happened with my other colony, just took time before the polps expanded. Light above the colony was for photo purposes only. 90 percent of the time the aquarium is only lit from ambient lighting of the room. So...this one will take some work :)

Thats good that you have the patience for that. I have a big tub in my basement that I keep for those purposes. It would be too much of a pain to deal with that in my display tank.
