Aquapod 24 lighting question

A 2 quick questions.

I got my 24 gal as a gift almost exactly 1 year ago- not sure if i got the 70 watt or the 150 watt- how can i tell the difference?

For those of us that have a 24 gal aquapod with the 70 watt mh (I think) is it advisable to upgrade to the new 150 watt mh?

I have the 150W on my 24 gal. works great for me. I dont know how you'd be able to tell, maybe its written on the bulb/fixture somewhere? Have you taken a look at the ballest? It should be there how much it can handle?
