Per ATI North America "the 60" units are just a little ways behind the current models". I don't want to give any time frames until I have more concrete info on my end.

Received the fixture Thursday and am incredibly happy with the overall build quality. I'm running the 48in 4bulb. Anyone have any bulb selection advice for the T5s?

I am unclear with the setup.

The sheet of paper said you can adjust setting through the controller or by downloading the software. Do they both control the same functions?

Also it looks like it can't be downloaded to a Mac. Is this true?

The fixture is only available in the silver color.

In regards to Ken's comment up above we've already went through his questions, but just so that everyone else knows the software is not Mac compatible at this time.

Jeremy, I just received my ATI PM LED 48" LED+ 8xT5. Doing the demo, 4 of the inner T5's (closest to the LED) are not turning on. I swapped those 4 with the other 4 that are working and it still doesnt work. Any suggestions on what to do next?

I have not heard of this but I'll give ATI NA a call this morning and see if they have any ideas.

I heard back from ATI and here is what they suggested:

1. Power the unit down
2. Unplug the control box from its power source
3. Unplug the grounded power-cord from the control box
4. Unplug the fixture cord from the control box (This is the thick black cable with the round connector on the end.)
5. Wait 5 minutes
6. Plug the fixture cord back into the control box
7. Plug the grounded power-cord back into the control box
8. Plug the power-cord back into the wall
9. Let the controller power up
10. Test the fixture again in demo mode

They've only heard of this one other time with another fixture and they got that unit back and it was completely fine when they received it and tested it.
