ATO 3155 pump not working

I purchased a Tunze Osmolator from BRS in July of 2014 and the pump is not working. The motor is running but the small impeller is not moving. I depend on this to keep up with the evaporation for my 125 gallon so it is imperative that I get a replacement pump ASAP. Please help. Thank you.

Please email me a copy of the invoice at Tunze at sbcglobal dot net. The pumps will generally last 2-3 years, it is covered under warranty, but it is not a bad idea to keep a spare on hand, you will eventually need to replace it.
