Barbless Hook?

where can u buy one around The city?most of the sporting good store don't have one.I need one to catch my mask angel fish out from my overflow.she too big to go thru the pipe ,if u have one :love1:

You can always file the barb off.

Add sand/gravel in the overflow until the fish goes to the surface, then you can grab it with your hands. Then, siphon out the sand/gravel.

You can also take a needle nose plier and crimp the barb down. I like to lightly put pressure on the barb with the plier and gently wiggle the hook. Afterwords you should be able to hook your shirt without it snagging as a test.

If you don't want to that, I have a bunch of barbless fly fishing hooks size 20 -12. I can meet at lucky oceans in the Richmond district of the city. Just PM me.

Call around for a salmon or sturgeon leader. Both are barbless, at least in California they are.
