Best Places for fish online

So PIA fish comes with free ich? Lol I was looking at their website and saw this Venustus Angel. Hopefully that's just micro bubbles and the fish is ok.

Saw that the other day on their site and wondered, "what are they thinking showing a fish in this condition?" Looks like velvet.

Has anyone done business with Premium Aquatics? They have some really good pricing.
I've bought from them a few times when I was passing through the Indy area. I've always had good experiences with them. Great people to deal with. I wish they had a daily shot of all the corals in their main tank. The last time I went there, they had way more then their website showed. I bought a 4" x 2.5" red symphillia from them for what I thought was a good deal. I also bought several other cool frags from them at the same time. Their dry goods are always a good deal and shipped quickly.

bluezoo came with free ich and no refund either.

That's a bummer. Refunds are rare in this hobby and LA is the only one I am aware of that issues refunds. But credits for DOA and guarantees are common unless restrictions are applied on certain expert level livestock. Good luck with your next online purchase though.

Not for livestock, but I've purchased hardware and dry goods from them.

Thanks! I'm thinking of buying a matted file fish from them and they have thw whole deal shipped $10 less than LA. I"m wondering if the $10 is worth it?

I'd give it a go. They really are good people. I'd say they are like how you'd wish all LFS would be.

I've had good luck with divertom, LA (DD only), nyaquatics. One place I ordered from and got a great little 1" semilarvatus butterfly and a cheap Mac angel was bluegrassaquatics.com. Prices have jumped since, but the fish I received were healthy and eating.

Any idea what their guarantee is on livestock? I don't see it on their website and they're closed today. If nobody knows I'll just wait until tomorrow to call them.

Sorry, I never asked. Every live purchase I've done with them was in person and I never had an issue.

I buy from love aquaria and blue zoo. In my opinion both are equally as good. Live aquaria offers their guarantee for 14 days where BZ is only 7. But LA also charges sales tax and blue zoo doesn't. So I find it's cheaper to go through BZ. I just had some DAA (dead after arrival) from Blue Zoo and unlike others have said, they issued me one credit on all three dead items to use all at once. I honestly haven't had a bad experience with Blue Zoo at all.

I never stated that Blue Zoo is creating more than one combined credit per order, usually after the end of the warranty period. But they do not allow redeeming multiple credits at a time. So if you place another order before the credit for the previous order has been issued (or forget to redeem one with the next order), you can end up with multiple credit codes which you can not combine.

The sales tax makes only a difference when you order from outside of California - so for me that's not a difference at all.
LiveAquaria has to charge sales tax (everywhere?) since they are a part of Petco now and Petco has stores in all states.

Quality wise both are fairly equal if you take Diver's Den out of the equation.

I didn't think it itch on the angel either at PIA. It looks like scale glitter from the light angle.

He also has two eating Indo Regal right now. It's so tempting! If they were yellow belly, I would've bought them in a heart beat.
