The green one that looks like a nuclear explosion? It's a bubble gum monster chalic and I started it on a plug and grew over so put on another flat disc plug.
Definitely an Oregon tort. Brightest blue & yes very slow grower. Bought a 1 1/2" at last years RAP. One year later 3" mini colony. Basically I was advised that it will only double in size in 1 year, so buy the biggest that you can afford.
