Your anemone is Stichodactyla haddoni, which is a sand dwelling anemone. The simplest way to provide a proper environment is to add a relatively deep sandbed. If a sandbed is not to your liking, others on this forum have reported success by filling a capped section of PVC or tubberware container with sand and placing the anemone in it, thus creating a micro-environment fulfilling the anemone's needs. The artificial home for the anemone can then be covered with pieces of live rock concealing the container.
