Big skimmerS

I currently have a 285 tank with a MRC-3 and am wanting to get a different in sump (euroreef) type of skimmer i was just wondering what are the rest of the "big tanks" have on systems for skimmers

Rated for 1600 gallons? Thought it was up to 800gallons. nice skimmer regardless.

240 display, 300 total gal. i am running a cheap E-Shopps Skimmer. (it beats the crap out of the previous ASM G3 i had. and pulls tons of dark nasty crud)

Nice - What's your experience with the maintenance been like? How often are you cleaning the injectors?

No doubt the becketts skim like mad but the ease of the NW is so appealing.

i find they are less work than NW.....i run bag filters so the becketts get clean about every 2-3months when the air bleeder is fully open and its not skimming

cleaning takes only a few minutes
ive tried many skimmers and since my first PM skimmer thats all i use now
