Blonde Naso Tang Dying HELP!!

SYSTEM IS A 175g.
I am on my second naso tang. The 1st died about 2 months ago I think due to a temp spike that hit around 87deg. I have had this one for about 1 month. Temp is 75-78 deg. Salinity is .025 and all other parameters are fine. All other fish yellow tang, leopard wrasse, six line, flame angel, Blue Hippo and anthias are doing great.

The naso is lying on the bottom out of reach, so I can not get him. But from what I can see , there is no visible signs. He has been eating fine-enriched brine and mysis.

The only thing I did was do a 25g water change yesterday.

Any suggestions.

Are you offering any types of algae to the tangs? Naso tangs should be offered algae to graze on. Brine/etc won't provide the nutrition they need.

I don't know how long you have had the other tangs, but both the hepatus and the yellow tang can be quite aggressive at feeding time, and they may be stressing the Naso/preventing it from eating.

Your Naso will literally starve on such a diet. Meaty foods do very little for tangs, they need vegetable/algal matter. Get some nori from the supermarket, stat!

Well he died. I thought he was eating Nori but I think maybe the yellow tang kept him from eating.
Thanks for the help
