Not a dumb question at all.
There are different kinds of mushrooms, zoanithids, and palys. Micros and blastos as well.
Click on the sponsers button on the top of the page and start looking thru some of the online dealers, you may find a gem
Ocean.mirage- I wanted to tell you that I doubt the Blueridge coral will fit into your idea of adding a "blue" to your tank. I've got a couple and they are really just tan, with a VERY slight blue tinge. The only really blue part is the skeleton, which you can't see if it's healthy anyways. It's a neat, encrusting coral, but not really true blue
Blue...huh...good question. I would try looking for a really nice mushroom colony that is blue or a purple lemnia. dont know if I spelled that corect.
Lets not forget that the blue you see is ALL ABOUT YOUR LIGHTING.
These are 4 different colours of the what look like the colt coral. There is the yellow on the right, baby blue, green and brown on the left. I've come across a purplish one next to another blue one, but didn't take a pic of it. They're very pretty.
The pic was taken on a bright sunny day and the water greenish.
