Alright pick up is set for Sat, by Sat night you will see them combined for the first time as a mock up.

Well today was the day of the big start. So here are a few photos. I'll miss the 120 but I'm stoked about the 93 cube.

On a sweet side note! I thought about a year ago that I had lost both of my Black and Whites. Have not seen them since early last year. Today while pulling the stand pipes BAM! Out pops the little male. Jeff jumps up and wow the Fat Female is in the overflow as well. Both fat and healthy living in the overflow for that long. They have paired up and the female is twice his size. Very cool

Thanks Jeff for all the help. Hope you love the tank

Thanks Neil for the skimmer working like a champ!

Sure. Looking good...can't wait to see the cube up and pumpin'!

Good luck with the switch over. Setting up a new tank is the best part of this hobby.

Good luck! That funny you found your fish!! Atleast they ended up in the same o/f to keep each other company! I agree with mark, I love the planning stages of a new build! So many options! I'll do my best to revive your Oregon tort for ya! Was pretty rough looking. Keep us posted!

I'm stoked about the build. I do love the thinking, planning, execution and finally the system running. I always regret a change because of the livestock being out through some much but I know that they will be healthier in the end.

I'll try. The pair look super healthy and they are stuck to each other like glue. I have my LEDs at about 30% power on blue and white. Everything is open and moving. The clean up crew took the brunt of the move. So many missing Nasarius snails and Aptaisa holy Crap. We found one about 2 inches in diameter! The overflow was packed. Now I have to kill the ones that made the move.

Running Carbon and Protein skimmer, light about 6 hours 2 and live rock.

Question: anyone here rinse LV sand with saltwater and continue its use. I kept 6 cups of sand and rinsed it with old saltwater to keep it clean. Think it's ok?

I'll need help moving the new tank in very soon!

Also picked up a sweet hang on the back fuge for the tank. Now my sump can dedicated to the skimmer, heater, reactors and probes. I'm stoked. Way easy on the inverts that are in the fuge. It's big as well lots of space for pods, LR and sand.
