Bought a heating element - any know if it is FULLY SUBMERSIBLE ?

I bought this one and am not sure (it says nowhere) if it is fully submersible. The element has a plastic threaded cap where the power cord meets the element.

I just wanted to make sure the elements themselves (this is not a Pro-Heat Titanium IC Heater) are submersible. I saw that the heaters you buy with the controller are submersible, but the Won Brothers site (not any other) say that the elements I mentioned are.

I e-mailed Champion Lighting, and am awaiting a response.

fyi...Gary from Champion Lighting confirmed this is submersible. He called the manufacturer and e-mailed me.
