LFS by me has alot of new blue tip stags but they're pretty much all brown. i mean real brown w/ very very little blue on tips. what's the chances of these things coloring up. i never by brown stuff but i do like stags.
Chances are they will probably color up nicely. My LFS had some browns in with the blue tips and they eventually turned greenish I think. Not a bright green, but not brown.
I'd say there is a good chance they will color up if they are aquacultured. I haven't really run into any Bali's or Java's that don't color up to something nice.
here is a pic of a frag that i have grown for the last year, never changed color, so to each there own, but i wish it would go from brown to red with blue tips
