I know these dosers aren't for continious use. What is an acceptable max run time? Are these paramenters out there? The BRS website just stated they recommend on/off cycles under a few hours per day.

Im running one for my LaCL reactor.

Guys who run 2 part, how many mls/ or mins do you have it set for to run at a time and then rest for how long? Any problems?

I burned out a few in under 6 months having multiple on off cycles a day. Switched to one on off cycle lasting between 2-4 hours and things have not broke the replacement brs pumps yet.

What dilution and volume/frequency you thinking of running? I'm thinking of dosing lacl also via brs pumps

I'm still dailing mine in. I used to drip it into a 5 micron bag but that was a lot of maintaince. However much cheaper than gfo. I got tried of regenerating gfo. I have 20ml LaCl in a gallon. On 45 seconds. Off 2 min via the 1.1ml brs pump. Going into a smr1 ( cuz I had one lying around) and then brs reactor filled with walmart polyester quilt batting. Output near my skimmer.

Curious, I have a dual line dosing pump (not BRS) and it runs 24/7 dosing about 300ml of cal & alk each day. It's been running 24/7 for a year now with no problems.
