Bubble tip anemone mouth protruding

Has anyone seen their BTA do this?
It has been roaming around the tank and finally settled under the lip of a rock at the bottom.

I'm running a kessil a150 ocean blue light.

I don't feed the nem directly.

Sg is at 1.026 temp is about 77.6

It's expelling its stomach, not a good sign. You might want to double check all of your parameters.
