Buildup of a 210 gallon Reef

Thank you!

Mike, the equipment is as follows:

Panworld 50px-x return pump
Tunze 6100 x2 with 7095 controller
3 250 watt phoenix 14k DE's in ROIII pendants and M80 ballasts
2 4' URI VHO's run by ARO 440 ballast
ASM G4x skimmer with recirc mod and gate valve mod
Korallin C1502 calcium reactor controlled by Milwaukee
Sander 50 mg/hr Ozone generator controlled by Milwaukee
Aquamedic SP3000 dosing pump for topoff
WON BROS 350 watt heater
xm10k 250 watt with Icecap ballast for prop
SEIO 820 for flow in prop

I think that is all

Man, thats the way to do it...just looking at your amperage and it can't be that much...especially with that little return 90 watts!!! I wish I could go back to my 180 and make some changes

Mike

I think it is around 130 pounds. I'd like to add another 100 or so pounds. I don't want the height to change much, rather the rock come forward more.

200 pounds not going to be in that 8g nano. :)

So, tell me if I miss anything.

29 to 90 to 180 to 29 to 54 to 120 to 8 all in under three years?

 - 20 to 13 to 65 to 10 to 20 to drilled 20 to 29 to 90 to 180 to 29 to 12 to 54 to 120 to 8 to xxx, in just under 7 yrs...lol

Maybe I will stick to something.....hmmm, maybe not.

Mike

Well, unfortunately, most of my tanks never really have much in them because I change them so fast...lol

But your right, that liverock wont fit in my 5.5. It will go in vats for now...its such a good deal, I can't pass on it.

Mike

I need to find a good deal on rock. :( I can't afford to pay full price for the amount I need so I might end up with base rock.

Hey, do you have any pictures of the skimmer with the mods? The reason I am asking is because I am looking at getting an ASM G4X.

Mike

actually I don't think I took any after the mods but I can.

Very simple to do. 1 3/4" hole saw and a 1" uniseal for the pump then drill a hole for the skimmer feed and you're done.

So, lots of rock and a decent sized skimmer, what are you working on?
