LOL, I had to duct tape her to the dining room table to keep her out of the shots.

Poor thing suffered some hair loss where the tape was. ;)

Pimp that...

Are those the new candycanes in the photo with the birdsnest and nana? Everything still looks great!

Have you had any problems with corals growing too closely to eachother?

Do you dose calcium and bicarb just with the CR? Do you also use kalk or two part? I'm doing DIY two part right now, thinking of getting a dosing pump for it because I hate how the PH jumps when I dose once a day and I don't want to have to dose twice a day!

Yes, that is the new candycane to the right of those corals. They are coming along though I did lose one head. Who would have thought an acropora formosa would take out an LPS.

The calcium reactor takes care of the bulk of the calcium needs but I do have a kalk reactor hooked up to the topoff pump.

If my numbers get out of whack I will use the homemade calcium, alk and magnesium.

That's strange, considering how resilient they are.

But, no worries, they are very fast growers in most cases :) Mine always seemed to get knocked over when I was gone, so the tissue on the sandbed would recede, but regenrate fully in a very short amount of time.
