C-Sea Members Show and Tell

Awesome looking tanks everyone!

Hello, I'm Ken and I'm a bum. I like to do nothing all day, everyday. I hustle to pay for school and I'll be graduating from college when I turn 22, hence the screen name hustla22. I just got into salt water for a few months. All this marine aquaria stuff makes me want to switch my major to marine bio instead of engineering (but too late now:sad2: ).

Here's my tank. It has only been up and running for a month now.

My turn

My turn

Hello, my name is Mark, known on here as Cove Beach. I am currently single again and live in Sheffield Lake. I started with saltwater back in the 70s with undergravel filters and converted HOB filters. I re-entered the hobby 5 yrs ago with a 75 gallon reef. And as we all know upgrades are a way of life. So i moved up to the 220 reef i have now. My tank is less than a year old at this point. It is supported by 210 gallons of system water. The tank is a mixed reef with a mostly Hawaiian fish list.

Hello! While not a current C-SEA member, I was for a number of years. I was the club newsletter editor for 3 or 4 years. Because of work/home stuff, I've only been to one meeting in the past 2 years. I'm Johndawg because all my Ohio friends told me I talked funny because I'm from "Lawn guyland". Here I am rooting on my Mets in Cincy.

I've had SW for almost 10 years. I'm in the process of planning a 125 in-wall in my family room in the basement. I've been collecting stuff for the last year for this project. I'm hoping to be done in time for the frag swap. Here is my current tank.

Hello, My name is Joe I go by Saltywaters here on RC. I have been into salt water fish for along time.I Started out with a 20 gallon that had a underground filter some 15 years ago. I had this set up for about a year or so. Then just decided to get out of fish all together. My main hobby then turned to music. I Play drums for a Black Metal Band called Black Trinity. Just 3 years ago I met my girlfriend Linette. I told her i use to have saltwater fish took her to the store and that was that. Now I'm Hooked again. I started up that old 20 GAL. and that lasted a year until we both got hungry for a bigger tank. So this takes me to my current tank My 180 Gallon. We Found someone selling an entire setup Fish and all for a good price so we jumped on it. So I got my name from the engraving on my tanks hood. I love it.
I hope these pictures come out!

Hello fellow lovers of the reef! I am Chris Costanza and unfortunately my screen name is boring. cbcostanza is just my first initial and my beautiful wife Betsy's first initial. Anyway I have 2 kids 1 boy (4yrs.) and a girl (1 yr.). They are a blast.

Well here is my 40 breeder that has SPS and LPS and a firefish, and two clowns (including the one that I won at the last meeting. Yeah!) Enjoy and great seeing all the other tanks also.

Hey everyone, my name is T.J. As of right now I'm the long commuter of the club, since I recently relocated back to western Pennsylvania. I'm 25 and am consider myself very fortunate to have a girlfriend who enjoys the hobby almost as much as I do. Also, I played baseball pretty much my whole life, and was lucky enough to go to college on a scholarship. However, an injury 2 weeks into my senior college season cut out any possibility of future in professional sports. The past year has been very interesting to say the least, and I've managed to own about 4 tanks during that time period (90g, 220g, 25g cube, 40g rimless), and have finally settled in on one that I think is going to be the only one in the house for a while. I currently just finished setting up my 40g shallow rimless tank that was built by Keith. As far as the screen name. Doesn't really mean much, kind of a combination of my first name and a nickname I picked up during my years on the ball field.
