Can I house two Copperband Butterflyfish in same tank??

In case they are not a pair, putting them together will not work??
should I try to put them together after TTM in a 20g Tank or should I wait until DT??

Chances are better in the DT, but you could give it a try after TTM. Maybe separate them at first with eggcrate so they can get used to each other.
