They're very fast and they did a great job. I would definitely use them again if need be.

I love BB and will never go back.
my filtration is a rena filstar canister (i know its not the traditional way)
i run a hob filter with bags of carbon and phosphate sponge
i have a tiny 2 gallon fuge on the back with chaeto
no skimmer
two koralias #4's
this is as simple as you can get and its working.
i dont think the lighting is sufficient enough though, 4x96 watt pc, so i just picked up metal halides, the new light will be delivered monday..i hope i get that shimmer effect :lol:
ive been kinda slow at getting corals, i count at least 15 more spots for coral placement..hopefully in the next two years this tank will be done lol

you'll LOVE MH's .. I just upgraded a few months ago and absolutely love them. (Let's hope I just made you more excited about them!)

so the shimmer effect comes with all mh's?
i got 3x250 10k plus 2x96 actinics
thank god for sales other wise i never would have been able to afford it
