They accept paypal, which would be much safer to use.

Just passing along information here. They told me that PayPal is only accepted for orders up to $500. Our order was over $5000. So it had to be a wire transfer.

She let us do paypal for our order which was about 2500$. Doing another order now which is going to be over 1k and still going to use paypal.

For those who got their tracking numbers from reefbreeders, has yours updated? Its starting to get frustrating with the way this is being handled. The label was created yesterday but has still not been shipped out for delivery. Ordered on the 18th of November and I'm looking at a December 19th delivery which may not even happen anymore. 2 weeks instantly became one month with my order so for anyone ordering, be forewarned that your fixture may take awhile. They have some in stock right now fwiw.

I ordered the 32" controllable fixture (IT2080) from Reefbreeders on the 17th of November and when I recently emailed to ask when it would ship it took a few emails over several days before I got a response. I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they would ship. Has anyone else that ordered the 32" fixture and had it ship yet?

I ordered a few weeks ago from reefbreeders, the old fixture, and got no confirmations or responses at all until my tracking number showed up a few days ago, and yes, I do actually have a departure scan as of today. Not impressed by their service, but I wasn't in a rush, so no real hard feelings so long as it arrives and works as advertised.

I ordered an IT2080 on 11/24 and was told on 11/29 that it would ship in 3-4 weeks (from then); haven't heard anything else yet.

Reefbreeders is pretty active on Facebook, and said those fixtures came in today. Contact them through facebook if they haven't replied to email.

I ordered 2 IT2080 with EG on 12/12 and they should ship on 12/20.I also payed with paypal.

Well after reading all of this thread about twice, phew, I order two of the Twilights with built-in timers. The only issue now is after looking back through all of our emails, it appears that my color spectrum changes at some point. I've emailed Simon to verify. One just has more blues. I'll post pictures after I mount in my canopy...should be cool.

It seems my fixture was sent to another buyer from eg and not reefbreeders. Waiting on reefbreeders response for a possible switched layout setup. If not, ill be waiting another 10 days

I just ordered the 32" from reefbreeders on 12/11. He said 2 weeks. I guess I'll have a late Xmas present! I hope it's worth the wait!!! Whoever gets there's first better post some pics!!

Reefbreeders has worked with me to rectify the situation with my fixture and has customized me one with a switched layout. Great communication with Logan in the past couple of days.
