20 is a better option I have 2 and also a hob filter you can use treat them and leave the tank empty now so you don't have to deal with it forever

How the light sits

I left enough space to slide the light from front to back.
Gillguy - I plan to add a shelf so that I can keep most of my supplies inside. Yes it's difficult to clean the tank but I will have to remove the light to clean. I'm keeping it low because I worry about my sps getting enough light because of how deep my tank is. If removing my light to clean keeps the tank happy I will have to suck it up lol.
The shelf is a great idea. Did not think of it.
The only thing I'm not too fond of is that I have to make it removable in order to take the light out. It's not a BIG deal but I would much rather have it permanent.
The best success I had with Ich, was not doing anything but feeding the fish more often and keeping them in a stress free environment. If your fish are eating and there is little aggression in the tank, it may go away on its own.

I got around to installing a BRS dual reactor that I picked up from someone on the forums.

Also, do you think that I can put some kind of macro in my overflow box? Since it still gets some light and isn't in the main part of the DT.
